Abstract:

Background: Cystic Fibrosis ((CF)) is a systemic autosomal disorderandthe most important chronic lung disease in children. Oxalate is the end product of vitamin C metabolism, which increases the risk of kidney stones, urinary bladder stones, and calcium deposits in (CF) patients. Objectives: Considering the increased mineral excretion and the rate of stone FORMATION in the urinary tract, examining the excretion of minerals will greatly help resolve clinical problems. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on (CF) and healthy children in Gorgan in 2018-19. In this study, 40 (CF) children and 40 healthy children were randomly selected. After obtaining informed consent from the parents of the children, a random urine sample was collected to evaluate urine minerals. Children with abnormal urinary mineral excretion underwent ultrasonography. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18 using descriptive indices (mean SD, frequency, and percentage) and statistical tests (independent t-test, chi-square test, and nonparametric tests). Results: Out of 80 (CF) and healthy children, 34 were girls, and the rest was boys. The mean age of the patients was 4. 34 3. 38. The age difference was not significant between the groups (P > 0. 05). The mean urinary levels of phosphorus, uric acid, magnesium, and citrate were 0. 87 1. 01, 1. 16 0. 68, 0. 23 0. 18, 2. 37 3. 13 mg/mg of creatinine. In the pediatric patient group, respectively (P < 0. 001). The mean urinary calcium level in (CF) patients was 0. 28 0. 39, which was lower than that in the healthy group. The mean urinary oxalate level was 0. 13 0. 20 in (CF) patients, which was higher than that in the healthy group (P > 0. 05). Hyperoxaluria, hyperuricosuria, hypomagnesiuria, and hypocitraturia occurred in 35, 30, 62, and 7. 5% of the (CF) patients, respectively. Among the urinary minerals studied, hyperoxaluria was found to be a major determinant of stone FORMATION risk in (CF). No correlation was observed between the FORMATION of stones and the rate of excretion of minerals (P > 0. 05). Conclusions: In summary, (CF) patients are at an increased risk of developing citrate and calcium stones compared to the healthy group, which is associated with hyperuricosuria, hypocitraturia, and hyperoxaluria.

Abstract:

THE FUNDAMENTAL FUNCTION OF A CELLULAR MANUFACTURING SYSTEM (CMS) IS BASED ON DEFINITION AND RECOGNITION OF A TYPE OF SIMILARITY AMONG THE PARTS THAT MUST BE PRODUCED IN A PLANNING PERIOD. CELL FORMATION ((CF)) AND CELL MACHINE LAYOUT DESIGN ARE TWO IMPORTANT STEPS IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CMS. THIS PAPER REPRESENTS A NEW MATHEMATICAL NONLINEAR PROGRAMMING MODEL FOR DYNAMIC CELL FORMATION THAT EMPLOYS THE RECTILINEAR DISTANCE NOTION TO DETERMINE THE LAYOUT IN THE CONTINUOUS SPACE. IN THE PRESENTED MODEL, THE OBJECTIVE FUNCTION ACCURATELY CALCULATES THE COSTS OF INTER AND INTRA-CELL MOVEMENTS OF PARTS AND CALCULATES THE COST OF A CELL RESTRUCTURE. DUE TO THE PROBLEM COMPLEXITY, THE PRESENTED MATHEMATICAL MODEL IS CATEGORIZED IN NP-HARDNESS; THUS, A GENETIC ALGORITHM (GA) IS USED FOR SOLVING THIS PROBLEM. COMPARING THE RESULTS FROM THE GA AND THE RESULTS FROM SOLVING A LINEAR MODEL THROUGH LINGO SPECIFIES THAT SOLVING THE PRESENTED MODEL ACCURATELY FOR MORE THAN FOUR MACHINES IN A LOGICAL TIME IS IMPOSSIBLE.

Abstract:

In this research, the aim is to achieve strong and ablation-resistant composite parts C / (CF)-ZrB2-ZrC-SiC and C / (CF)-ZrB2-SiC by non-pressure sintering method. C / (CF)-ZrB2-SiC samples were prepared using synthesized ZrB2 and SiC powders between layers of resin-impregnated carbon fabric. After pressing with pressure 5 times at 1600 وC and heat treatment for 2 hours in a controlled atmosphere furnace under Ar atmosphere. In the next step, C / (CF)-ZrB2-ZrC-SiC composite parts were prepared to investigate the effect of ZrC addition and compare it with C / (CF)-ZrB2-SiC samples. This was done by synthesizing ZrB2-ZrC-SiC ceramic powder between layers of carbon fabrics using zircon (ZrSiO4), B4C, activated carbon, with or without Si, along with shredded carbon fibers. For this purpose, the prepared powders after wetting and drying along with resin were sprayed between carbon fabrics and the resulting samples were pressed 5 times by cold pressing after 20 layers. After pressing and finding the raw strength, the samples were transferred to a control atmosphere furnace under Ar atmosphere and subjected to heat treatment for 2 hours at 1600 .C. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray analysis (XRD) were used to investigate the microstructural and fuzzy properties of the samples, and the three-point flexural strength test and oxytocin flame were used to investigate the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of composites. The linear erosion rates of C / (CF)-ZrB2-SiC and C / (CF)-ZrB2-SiC-ZrC samples in the oxytocin flame abrasion test were 2.16 and 1.74 μm / s, respectively, and the average erosion rates were 3.28. And 2.41 (4-10 g / s *) were measured. Also, the mean density values for C / (CF)-ZrB2-SiC and C / (CF)-ZrB2-SiC-ZrC samples were 4.67 and 05.03 gr / cm3, respectively, and the flexural strength was 303 and 245 MPa, respectively. .
